This is one of the most fair and direct approaches to Any Card At Any Number (ACAAN) that strictly follows the core criteria of the plot and is completely hands off. Most descriptions of ACAAN effects are "they name a card, they name a number... they deal down and it's there," but when you actually see the effect, you discover that's far from the truth and there is a lot of unjustified procedure involved.
