A stunning super direct transposition effect. A card is chosen and placed back on the top of the deck. The deck is then cut to a random card which is turned face up and the deck closed. When the deck is spread, it is found that the spectators card and the face up cards have magically switched places.Red Tape
Ben's own version of one of the best packet tricks around with a plot that rocked the world, NFW by Gary Freed. Four red face cards are counted face up to the bottom of the deck, they then magically turn face down, after another count turn into black face cards that can be freely displayed. (No palming or elmsley counts involved.)
Pose
Two red aces are shown between two black aces and placed on the table. A card is selected and returned to the middle of the deck face up. The deck is spread to show two red aces in the middle. They are left outjogged as the two black aces on the table are spread to show a face down card between them. The card is shown to be the selection. The magician puts their card back between the two red aces and pushes them into the deck. The deck is spread to show the card gone from between the two red aces and is found between the two black ones.
Surrogate
A card is shown on the face of the deck. With a wave of the hand, it suddenly changes into another. Ben’s super visual colour change.
