For me, im 61 and a hobbyist magician, trying to learn all the backwards, forwards, reverse back, reverse forwards, left right blah blah blah components to get to do this, is way beyond me, I lost the plot to live after the first 45 seconds of the video LOL...!!! might have to give it away to a proper magician who can do it!

Ok, what you're mostly paying for here is the video instruction, which you download using the details provided in the box.
There are two videos, the first details how to solve the Cube for those that don't already know. This is important because if you mess up the moves later, you WILL be messing up the cube. There is a basic solve, and a more advanced one. This doesn't really teach any hardcore speedcubing skills, you need to go elsewhere for that, but this will get you started.
The second video covers the moves, several tricks and additional thoughts and observations. This stuff is great. I do not have the moves yet, but they do really seem like I will be able to achieve them with bit more time invested. The tricks provided will certainly wow any observers. To the uninitiated even a normal cube solve seems impossible, so these really seem like magic.
Finally, the Cube. I am not hugely impressed with the cube provided, though it is certainly serviceable. I will keep it around for now, it may grow on me when tensioned and lubed to my taste. Speedcube preference can be a very personal thing. I have mostly been practising with my own Cubes, I favour the YJ Yulong V2 M, in the stickerless variety; a wonderful magnetic cube with an inexplicably low price tag.
Verdict: If you want to learn some Cube magic, I think this is the way in.

I bought this cube after seeing Steven Brundage's performance on Britains got Talent. I figured out how he did the trick pretty quickly after re-watching the video (it's obvious to any cubist) and wanted to get the cube he used and the documentation for the trick for my cube collection. It's a solid well made speedcube and the videos are well made and present both how to solve the cube and how to do the tricks.

Wow what an amazing effect. Having loved rubiks cubes as a child but never being able to solve them, this is golden for me. Although you can practice and perform the magic effects workout knowing how to solve one, I would advise against it and take the time to learn the algorithms he teaches you. That way, should you mess up, and you will do, you can get back to square one in no time at all. Otherwise you'll fall at the first hurdle. His teaching is concise but do bear in mind this will need a lot of practice, and I mean a lot, to get it flawless. I can't wait to start performing this but for now I'm just enjoying being able to solve the cube no matter how messed up it is in just a few minutes. My aim is to do it in under a minute but I've only had it a week and only just memorised the steps to solving. Do buy it but if you're not one for practicing things then I wouldn't bother. You need loads of patience! I love it, Steven you're mad for releasing this but I'm so so glad you did!

It takes some time and dedication to get started but once you get into the learning (I got addicted to it!), you pick it up very quickly.
I also thought Steves explanation throughout was excellent. Getting your orientation around the Rubik's cube can be tricky, but he helps you through it so you understand what you're doing and why.

You have to learn the slight of hand movements to perform the moves! This trick is very different from most I’ve previously purchased. It requires you to learn how to solve a Rubik’s Cube, however the instructions are very simple and effective. Within a week, I learnt how to solve the cube in under a minute, with practicing for a couple of hours each day. The effects are fantastic - Rubik’s Cube magic always wows crowds - but do require quite a bit of practice to get looking smooth, and you won’t get them as seamless as Steven. Overall, very good trick, nice price and helped me find a new interest in cubing.

If you don’t already know how to solve the cube like a didn’t, then Steven gives an excellent lecture. I could solve the cube in around 90 seconds within 5 days/15-20 hours of practice. Still learning the actual trick side of it but all around excellent.

Received very quickly as per usual and from not knowing how to solve a rubix cube I can now do it within 2minutes in just 4days without the need of using the cheat sheet. Just learning the tricks etc now before moving onto the advanced method. Hopefully get my time much lower in the future too of course! Must have, just solving a cube itself is an amazing effect!
