Where's my order?
We dispatch most orders with full tracking information. Once your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your order number and a tracking link direct from the carrier.
How to track your order
- Find your order number — Check your shipping confirmation email from Merchant of Magic. Your order number starts with # (e.g. #1234).
- Log in to your account — Use the button below to access your order history and live tracking information.
- Click your order — Select the relevant order to view its current status and carrier tracking link.
Can't find your confirmation email?
Check your spam or junk folder for an email from noreply@magicshop.co.uk. If you checked out as a guest, your order details will be in that email — you won't need to log in.
