It's just like every trick really once you have mastered it it is brilliant the presentation is key to fooling everyone. Just need to practice it to yourself until u feel confident to show it.i love the confusion on my family's face when I do these tricks

The nature of the gimmick can be accidentally revealed unless you are careful.
If you have the skill of sleight of hand then rely on that with un gimmicked cards. Unfortunately osteoarthritis has put paid to a lot of my magic skills.

When you know how to hold the cards and whether to turn them or not, you have the effect licked.
It is a startling effect that amazes the audience. So well worth the practise to make it second nature.

5* trick used by some of the greats. Don’t be fooled by its apparent simplicity. This is one of the best tricks bought as a ‘hobbyist’. Practically self working but spend time practicing moves and developing your own patter. This has gone down a storm. Check out the legendary Bill Malone performance on YouTube for further inspiration. The tutorial with this truck is long and expansive. You’ll be up and running in 15 mins. I don’t know if it’s me or what but finding it difficult to follow the routine looking at it from the opposite direction to the magician ie left and right manoeuvres

Like most tutorials it is filmed from the front, when in my opinion they should be filmed "over the shoulder" which would remove the difficulty & confusion of which hand is which, and where to place cards - left or right.

I found it a bit confusing at first, .. but I find many things confusing. I made simple notes from the video ( stopping and starting it). This helped. Practiced many times and found my own way of doing it. It certainly is an amazing effect. I am not a magician of any kind, but do like to find how things work. Great fun, and I will try it out on my family soon. Very well worth the price. Thank you for the entertainment it gives me, let alone others.

the principal of the manoeuvres down, its brilliant. Its the
performance and layers of the trick that make it a big hit

Great trick, however, the video tutorial, like so many was recorded from the a second person stand point and not the magician. This mean everything viewed has to be transposed from left hand to right hand.
