Take out a small length of rope and explain that you will do something impossible. At your command, the rope will stand vertically, before suddenly transforming into three-coloured silks!

The special gimmicked rope does all the hard work for you. You can make it stand up and fall down at will; then when you are ready to surprise everyone, it will transform into 3 silks in an instant.
