Once again a fantastic experience from order to delivery of the Mystery box from Merchant of Magic. Items inside the box total way over £80 so well worth the money. I have already used one of the items at a gig and Magical society meeting and it was received very well. Would recommend you anyone.

Unfortunately I already owned half the stuff that came but that said it was still great value and the two tricks I didn't have were worth the money alone. The two that I had already will be useful as spares as they are card based and will eventually get grubby. Will certainly order the next one. Also included a pack of playing cards which are always handy.

Some fairly good tricks in the box. One of them seemed to be written in Chinese so may take a little research!

I've had 2 mystery boxes and both have been well worth it. Magic well over the £100+ mark. Its like opening a christmas present as you don't know what's inside! Quality magic, I'll be ordering another one very soon

I bought the September Mystery Box - I've had a few over the last couple of years, but this was the best yet! I'd been looking at a particular effect, and was intending to buy it on its own, but when I opened the mystery box, there it was! I calculated the value of the items in the box and found that they were worth almost twice what the box cost! Amazing Value, and you may find an effect you've coveted, inside! Highly Recommended!

I find these boxes to be hit and miss. Sometimes they're fantastic but this latest one was definitely a massive disappointment for me. I'm not saying it was rubbish - I'm not saying anything like that at all. I'm just saying that for me personally, there was nothing that I personally was excited by

Firstly, I found the value of items in the box far exceeded the price paid. Secondly, all items were new to me, and within my limited capabilities. I really liked the Rubik’s cube magic, and after learning the basics, found my own version of placing a scrambled cube into a box, shaking the box, and amazingly, the cube was magically solved. A multitude of different effects with the cube could be done, using ordinary ungimmicked cubes.

Fantastic value, had me practising for days, not that the tricks were that hard, just that to pull them off well, they needed a bit of practice, no sleight of hand at all, just needed to polish the performance

Wow, what can I say! These mystery boxes are worth every penny. If you were to buy the contents separately it would be well over double the price! The box contained some easy tricks as well as a couple that required a moderate level of skill. Merchants of Magic are truly my No1 place for all things magic and at a phenomenal price!

I am typically skeptical of secret boxes like this because the value of the included products is usually far less than the price. But, I am just gullible enough to keep ordering them. Fortunately, the Merchant of Magic Mystery Box has blown me away. It includes a wide variety of tricks of various skill levels as well as a couple of extras. I might not have picked up these tricks on my own (I had never heard of any of them before) but now that I have them I am glad I do because they are great tricks that are well worth the value. I will definitely be signing up for future mystery boxes!

Don't get me wrong the boxes value far outweighs the RRP but for some reason this months box just didn't hit the spot. But do you know what, I have bought many boxes from you and one box out of the many I've bought that wasn't up my street isn't bad. I guess not every trick suits every magician, right? Having had a number of mystery boxes over the years, I was as usual very pleased with the latest one, the only drawback a small pocket trick was repeated from sometime ago, but at a box three times the value of what I paid for it, so what!

First time getting a mystery box and I absolutely loved it!!! There's definitely no skimping on the items inside... plenty of 'things' to keep me occupied this month... very happy with my purchase ☺️

Got the December 2024 box. Another corker! There’s always a mix of stuff. Great looking cards, done close up, and some card magic.

Not really impressed with the content on this occasion, not a fan of having to build some thing up or anything with thread

This is the second mystery box I have ordered, and I am just not a fan. The overall value of products might be there, but in my 2 experiences, it has not been products that I would use unfortunately. I like that it 'forces' me to at least open my mind to some of these other tricks that I might not have otherwise looked at, but again, they haven't been ones I have enjoyed. My experience.

Really pleased with the November box, It had a really good mix of effects. Ive not had time to practice them all yet but im starting to practice surreal killer which looks like it will be a great effect

First time I've been brave enough to order the mystery box (MMC from 2020!!) and extremely chuffed with the contents. Great deck of cards, brilliant book I can't wait to get my teeth into, I already perform Troy's Charming Chinese Challenge but feel sure the Andalusian Challenge will benefit the performance and two other tricks to boot. Refreshing to get a selection you wouldn't normally chose. Thank you!!

Great surprise every time

This was my first Mystery Box order. It feels like a risk at first, but I was really pleased with the range of items (including a book) that I received. Easily over the £40 value and beautifully packaged. Effects that I’m looking forward to trying out. Thoroughly recommended and definitely considering another purchase in the future!

To be honest, I am disappointed with this, my first (and possibly my last) mystery box. Most of the ticks were card related. I required a standard deck of red Bicycle cards which were not provided within the mystery box and which I only had available in blue. It would have been so much better if the mystery box had contained a pack of red cards I still haven't tried out the other tricks yet ... but my expectations are low based on this experience.

A great selection of tricks. This was my first time ordering the mystery box and I'm hooked. As promised, the contents retail for well above the purchase price and they're A+ tricks. I'll be getting a lot of use out of just this box and I already can't wait for next month.

I'm very new to this so found the tricks to be way beyond my level however good value for money and I will improve.

Received the October Mystery Box. Not really knowing what to expect, I was intrigued by the idea. I just wanted to say that you completely exceeded my expectations. The items I received in the box are great and I am having a good time getting back into my childhood hobby. Now I work as a teacher and Operation Manager for a university and love adding small tricks here and there to get my point across... Thank you for everything that you guys do and for putting together such a great Mystery Box, and I am sure I will be ordering more of these small nuggets in the future!

Just received the Oct 2024 mystery box and am THRILLED with the contents! A quick Google reveals the content's value to be roughly 3 times what I paid for it - will certainly be getting another (after I've mastered the stuff in here!)

I was sceptical about purchasing a mystery box. After reading the reviews I decided to buy one and find out for myself. All I can say is it was definitely worth it. The one item was worth more than I paid for the mystery box. In total I had six items in my box which value at over double the cost of the box. I don’t feel it’s fair for me to give any spoilers about the items. As a complete beginner I have some serious practicing to do. The only negative comment is you have to pay for postage. I am excited about my next mystery purchase and I can’t wait for it to drop!!

I gave this mystery box a go and to be honest for the price you get a lot, it was over £110 for just £39 some of the tricks I did not recognise but they appear to be great tricks I was worried I would end up with tricks I already had but this was not the case and some being of a higher price I may not have purchased so worked out well thanks

I have tried 2 of these offers now. Sorry didn’t like that much. .plus there was a book in this last selection I hate books so I binned it. Sorry just giving my honest opinion. But of I recommend people to buy there magic tricks from you no problems there

I had read many reviews about the "Mystery Box" but never ordered. Finally I thought "what the heck"... I'll do it! I was pleasantly surprised! If bought individually, the items I received were worth more than 3 times the price of the "Mystery Box". That's a fact! My box included 3 card effects with one of those being "Marry Kiss Kill" which uses cards but NOT presented as a card trick. Also an interesting mental effect with travel brochures. Plus "The Keys of Solomon" deck of cards. It was fun to open a box with no clue what I would find! Not sure if I will use all items but will play with all. Worth the cost for the fun and exposure to things I probably would not have sought out on my own. Treat yourself sometime!

A good selection this month. Two I will use 100%. The other, not so much. Well worth the price though and the playing cards were great!

I've enjoyed all of the mystery boxes I've ordered from you guys, and this one is no different, although there was one trick in this box that I was disappointed with (I won't say the name to retain the mystery of the box). I don't know if the unit included in my box just had a faulty gimmick or if the gimmick for this trick doesn't work like it was intended to in general, but the gimmick did not work in the way the instructions said it would. Other than that one trick, the rest of the box was really cool and I look forward to toying around with some of the other tricks I got!
