I used it on a Karooka board.

Bought fanning powder for my teenager. Instant appreciation, with the powder immediately put to work on his decks.
Prompt delivery, good service, and I appreciate the independent nature of Merchant of Magic which comes through in its service and emails.

Used Fanning Powder for more years than I can remember and this is a good as any I have ever used. Especially as it is in an ideal container.

The linked video shows the deck of cards in a bag with some fanning powder added to the bag which is then vigorously shaken to cover every card. The problem with this method is that it is impossible to remove the excess without creating a small dust cloud which is difficult not to breathe in. When I first applied fanning powder to a deck many years ago, I used a cotton wool pad to apply it to each individual card, which is admittedly very time consuming, but the dust cloud is more readily controlled.

My standard choice of fanning powder, high quality. I have found that putting the cards inside a zip-lock bag and adding some powder inside, shaking the bag afterwards, reduces the amount needed and spreads more evenly the powder on the cards.

For me at least, it's impossible to manipulate the cards without this powder. It is of great quality and indispensable. I order another kind (not Murphy's Magic) and it was totally bad. This is definitely the powder to use.

I have used Fanning Powder on cards, for over seventy years. It is an essential for every card magician, from novice to expert, amateur or professional. The generous amount supplied will treat several packs of cards.

This powder is simply perfect.
I was very curious about it; tried it on a very worn out deck and it instantly made fanning possible.
What's really strange is that it will reduce friction on the cards, allowing for fanning and spreading, but it will also give a better "feel" for the hands - i am able to grip the cards more accurately.
