The magician takes a normal coin and an empty bottle. He then asks the spectator to hold the neck of the bottle. The magician then takes the coin and strikes the bottom of the bottle with the coin. The coin penetrates the bottom of the bottle and is now seen rattling around the inside of the bottle. After the spectator is sure the coin really is inside the bottle, the magician shakes the bottle and the coin drops out of the neck of the bottle, even though it is obviously to large to fit in or out!. Immediately the magician can hand out the coin and the bottle for examination.
