The Little Black Box

The trick is really good quality and once mastered is easy to perform. The only downside is only one card is provided. To do the trick as advertised you need a duplicate card that matches the card and pack in the trick. To rectify this I’m going to have to buy two packs of indentical cards and stick the box of one of the packs onto the trick pack so that it matches. Would be so much easier if two identical cards were provided

Unfortunately the first one I received wasn’t put together well at all. The card case glued in the wrong place. To be fair Merchant sent me another without having to send the original back but this again was only slightly better I will still have to carefully remove some of the hard plastic. The trick itself is simple but effective.

Very easy to perform. Great effect with the right presentation.

Very easy when you know how but amazes everyone especially if you hide a card in another part of the room first.

It's a great trick. I like the demo presentation linking it to con men at markets trying to take your money by leading you into a false sense of secruity i.e. find the lady and what shell is the pea under. I highly recommend it. Robbie the Magician

You can't magically make the deck reappear after it's vanished I wanted to do that and it's not possible. You can repeat the effect but notmake the deck reappear

Seen other people use this as a simple deck vanish but the monte plot turns it into a fun commercial routine. Good for walk-around

I found my wife by performing this. Showed it one off at my local and a woman was so impressed she brought ME a drink! One thing lead to another and we celebrate our 7th wedding anniversery this year. Just one of the reasons I love this magic shop!

Loads of fun to do, and a great way to reveal a business card in the case at the end instead of it being empty. This is one of my go to effects. The quality hard case is a real plus over the cheap versions.

Easy to learn but would have prefered video instructions rather than written ones. Quality is good and shipping was fast though so no real complaints

I only do magic for friends and family. Performed this over TEAMs to my work colleagues so angles were not an issue. Going to teach my eight year old how to do this trick as I think it's more for children.

Many years ago, here in Newlyn Cornwall, there was a man with a magic stall and he showed me this trick and I was blown away by it. Over the years I lost this trick, but I managed to buy another from London. Having come across your site online I decided to buy another one as the previous one had become tattered. I have to say that I have found the quality much better on yours due to the more sturdy casing. It's an excellent product. Very easy to use. After making the pack disappear, have a similar pack of cards in your pocket, and say here they are.

Brilliant buy! I'm new to magic and was showing this on a visit to the magic shop. It's as easy as putting the deck into the case... Loved the 3 card monte presentation they do with this in the shop.

Bought this for an 11 year old. Proper box, and case, not the cheap cardboard ones. Great purchase.
