You spread a deck of cards on the table face down. Ask a spectator to select any one of them, without looking at it.
Open a small wallet and show that it contains your prediction, a face-down card. Slip the chosen card face down in the compartment next to your prediction, then proudly announce that your prediction is correct because it has exactly the same back as the chosen card!
The spectators will obviously start to protest asking you to show the faces of the two cards.
Incredibly, when you turn them around also the faces match perfectly!
For a final devastating climax, you then turn the whole deck face up and show that the cards are all the same, but different from the other two. A perfect prediction!
